Understanding of HSE-critical aspects of subsurface evaluation (e.g. shallow hazards (gas) and pressure prediction);
Demonstrated commitment to staff development;
Effective cross-disciplinary communication and presentation skills;
Personal drive, ability to cope with peak work-loads under tight deadlines, self-motivating;
Mentoring experience in a culturally diverse working environment is a bonus;
Good track record in production geology/seismology from prospect identification to field development planning as well as exploration evaluation;
Familiarity with 3D seismic interpretation systems and static subsurface modelling methodologies (GeoSigns / nDI, Petrel are the main seismic interpretation packages);
Good understanding of 3D seismic processing, reservoir geology and prospect volumetric appraisal;
