Manage all changes on customer IT platform
Maintain critical and complex Information Systems of our customers according to SLA
Be the technical operational owner of several Information Systems
Lead, manage all incidents resolution on customer IT platform (troubleshooting, problem solving)
Provide on-call support during non-business hours
Manage the technical documentation
Support and train the level 1 team on proactive incident resolution
Work closely with the IT CSM and other level 2 located in Egypt, Mauritius or France
Lead Change Management (handling changes in IT infrastructure)
about you
Good experience on Firewall, Hosting and/or network environment
Excellent Knowledge on Unix/Linux OS and windows
vExcellent Knowledge on Extranet/Internet protocols (TCP-IP, SMTP/POP, DNS, Proxy etc.)
Good knowledge on Network system.
Should have at least 4-5 years of experience on IT management
Proven working experience in Operating Systems - Windows/Linux/Redhat
Excellent knowledge on BEA Weblogic, Oracle, Symantec Cluster, Cisco, FW, Routing, VLAN
Good knowledge of TCP/IP (networking,protocols), Application Servers (BEA/Apache and n-tier architecture)

Key Responsibilities
Excellence in project office, project control and planning functions is delivered when the project managers are supported such that the project delivers the results required by all stakeholders. 3.Project Time Management:
Define and control delivery schedules to meet customer targets.
On large projects assist project managers in the use a formal process to estimate times for all activities, sequence them and then prepare the schedule.
4.Project Cost Management:
Assist project managers through establishing and managing budget tracking processes and give forewarning of any deviations from budget.
5.Project Quality Management:
Report delivery schedule tracking to customer and internal stakeholders.
As part of the project office, project control function; establish quality requirements and compliance by project team members. Administer the project information base. Assist in the development of regular reports and minutes.
6.Project Human Resources Management:

Education, Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
Project Management:
Understands the principles, methods and techniques for the effective management of projects. Minimum of 2 years experience of demonstrated competence in project co-ordinator roles.
Communication:
Proficient written and oral communicator.
Goal Orientation:
Continuing to think about and work towards the agreed objective whatever the circumstances.
Initiative:
Being proactive, taking action and anticipating outcomes
Project Management Tools:
Familiar with the use of automated tools to assist in the project management process by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing and time recording, e.g. Microsoft Project.
Software ToolsStrong working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Progress Reporting:
Proficient in the methods and techniques for reporting the progress of activity against plan.
Logistics Management:
Proficient in the establishment and management of processes to co-ordinate the logistics of equipment ordering, delivery, shipping etc.
Project Administration:
Proficient in the establishment and management of general project administration needs including but not limited to team member induction, team accommodation needs, status meeting administration, time tracking processes, issue and risk management and change control processes, plan management, standards and procedures definition, project documentation management, templates and tools.
Deliverable Quality:
Demonstrable commitment to accuracy, methodical work processes and attention to detail.
Desirable:
Professional Qualification(s):A degree or diploma
Project Management:
Lead small projects. Previous involvement in network deployment projects.
Project Office:
Proficient in the design and management of a project office designed to support the delivery of large projects.
Project Management Methodologies:
Familiar with the application of project management methodologies to provide constancy of delivery quality.
Financial Management:
Familiar with project financial management. Experience in administration of project financial records, purchase order tracking and invoicing.
Asset Management:
Proficient in the design and management of project asset tracking.
Flexibility:
Taking account of new information or changed circumstances and modifying understanding of a problem or situation accordingly
Cross-Functional and Inter-Disciplinary Awareness:
Understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions

Key Responsibilities
Excellence in project office, project control and planning functions is delivered when the project managers are supported such that the project delivers the results required by all stakeholders. Efficiency and effectiveness of execution of small projects for equipment and service ordering and delivery is displayed when the cost, quality and time targets are met to stakeholder satisfaction. The following responsibilities show the issues the project co-ordinator needs to manage.
1.Project Integration Management:
Carry out tasks focused on achieving customer deadlines. Take accountability for small project performance. Represent Orange Business Services to the customer in a in a positive way. Follow the Orange Business Services project management method.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project plans. Measure performance to plan, adjust as required. Manage a change management process to provide change control.
2.Project Scope Management:
Responsible for delivering the agreed outcomes required from small projects. Liaise with the Orange Business Services business units for project deliverables. Clarify definition of work required. Ensure acceptance of project deliverables by customer.
Work with project managers to establish and maintain scope control processes on large projects.
3.Project Time Management:
Define and control delivery schedules to meet customer targets.
On large projects assist project managers in the use a formal process to estimate times for all activities, sequence them and then prepare the schedule.
4.Project Cost Management:
Assist project managers through establishing and managing budget tracking processes and give forewarning of any deviations from budget.
5.Project Quality Management:
Report delivery schedule tracking to customer and internal stakeholders.
As part of the project office, project control function; establish quality requirements and compliance by project team members. Administer the project information base. Assist in the development of regular reports and minutes.
6.Project Human Resources Management:
Assist project manager in activities that promote team effectiveness, morale and productivity.
7.Project Communications Management:
Assist in the implementation of project communications providing regular reports and adhoc communications as required.
