DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:

Manages and executes juice recipe blends/juice specifications within a defined area (country/geography).
Manages and execute alternative supplier#s process
for existing specifications with G2G & BU.
Manages and execute new juice approval process, according to R&D framework, in close collaboration with G2G & BU.
The position will operate closely with the juice operational team as well as the Juice production team.
Work in collaboration with other juice functions helping to deliver local juice goals.

Manages and executes juice recipe blends within South Africa (country/geography).

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify & execute adjustments and cost optimizations, including evaluation of potential use of out-of-spec juice batches in existing recipes/juice blends created by R&D, according to framework set by R&D.
- Use IT tools for juice recipes adjustments, governance and management.
- Responsible for generating manufacturing instructions to be used as base for juices/juice blends production.
- Work in a cross-functional team including R&D category/account manager/juice developer, Marketing, SRA, Finance, G2G, QA, Supply Chain, Juice GM and other functions related to the juice to define a juice recipe blending strategy.
- Accountable to provide to the business accurate technical input for the blending delivery (quality, timing & cost) allowing factual based decisions to the appointed project manager.
- Lead sensory assessment on final beverages made with flexible recipes/juice blends, possibly including coordinating a local sensory panel.
- Lead sensory assessment on incoming raw material (juices) according to protocol to be defined based on HUB business model.
- Ability to realize in depth analysis to resolve complex technical challenges related to juice blending.
- Provide knowledge on juice supplier interactions and capabilities.
- Good understanding of sensory & consumer test methods.
- Has a depth understanding of Juice characteristics, quality parameters and specification setting for Juice concentrates, purees single strength and juice blends.
- Has a depth understanding of the Empowered Blending principles, system dynamics, juice processing, value chain, technical requirements (especially SRA requirements) for defined area (country/geography), R&D processes.
- Identify, suggest & implement improvement in the area of responsibility.
- Identify, suggest & implement operating process improvement

- Cultivate good relationship with all juice related functions
- Be able to adapt communication to different audiences (MKT, Suppliers, G2G, field workers, etc.)

The Financial Services Manager (FSM) Business Unit/Stills is responsible for proactively providing financial services to Stills Business in an accurate, timely manner to ensure optimal allocation of Company resources in the planning and implementation of the business strategy.
The FSM Business Unit/Stills acts as a key business partner and subject matter expert/resource for the Franchise General Manager.

• Rolling Estimate (RE) - Providing accurate financial and management information and reviewing budgets with all business units to budget-holders and to give assistance and advice where needed in the interpretation of that information and planning. Coordinate the RE process for the Stills Function, ensuring that the monthly RE is accurately compiled and submitted in accordance with the timetable and use the RE process to manage and communicate financial risk and opportunities to the Stills and Franchise Manager and Finance Director.

Formulating company strategy, preparing annual budgets and revisions, cash flow forecasts, analyzing business performance versus forecast. Measuring financial impact of current and future business decisions through effective modeling. Coordinate the annual Business Planning process for the function by providing timely, relevant and accurate business analysis on key business levers to assist the Stills and Franchise team in developing marketing and operating plans to achieve volume and profit objectives. Required Experience
5-7 years’ experience (preferably international and manufacturing) in financial planning/budgeting/accounting ideally gained within a multinational FMCG company
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate with CPA or equivalent
